Description
The Fukano Distillery is located in Kumamoto, Japan and is most known for producing shōchū, a traditional Japanese spirit made from rice. This whiskey begins as unaged shōchū, distilled from 100% malted rice, and then aged in new, charred oak barrels before it’s bottled from a single cask.
