Altos Reposado
2parts
Agave syrup
1/2 part
Peychaud’s Bitters
3 dashes
Pernod Absinthe
1barspoon
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned Glass with the Pernod Absinthe, set it aside. In mixing, glass put the bitters with ALTOS Reposado and stir with ice. Discard the Pernod Absinthe and serve ALTOS Reposado with the bitters in the Old Fashioned glass. Add a lemon twist for garnish.
